Back 4 Blood is an exciting cooperative first-person shooter from the creators of the acclaimed Left 4 Dead franchise. You find yourself at the center of a war against the infected. These once-human beings are hosts to a deadly parasite that turns them into creatures determined to devour what's left of civilization. Cooperative campaign

Make your way through a dynamic and dangerous world in a 4-player cooperative story campaign where you must work as a team to survive increasingly difficult missions. Play with up to 3 of your friends online or in solo mode and lead your team into battle.

Choose from 8 customizable cleaners, one of the immune survivors and a selection of lethal weapons and items. Create a strategy to fight an ever-evolving enemy that is determined to destroy you.

Competitive multiplayer

Play with your friends or against them in PvP mode. Play as a cleaner, with special perks, or as an infected creep. Both sides have unique weapons, abilities, and specialties.
